Please only send photographs of your own property, and avoid including people, vehicle registration plates or anything else you would not want us to see.

Like almost every website, the servers that host this site also record basic technical information whenever a page is requested — such as the IP address, the type of browser, the page requested and the date and time. These logs are used to keep the website secure and working properly.

We do not use analytics or advertising tools on this website, and we do not build profiles of the people who visit it.

We use the details you send us to:

• your photographs are stored privately on the website’s server. They are not added to any public gallery, are not listed anywhere on the website and are not made available to search engines.

You will not receive an automated reply. A member of our team will contact you personally.

We use trusted service providers to run this website and our email — for example the company that hosts the website and the provider that delivers our email. They handle information on our behalf and only on our instructions.

Some providers may store or process information outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards permitted by UK data protection law.
